The mission of the Homeless Prevention Council (HPC) is to provide personalized case management solutions to promote stability for all those who live in our community.
Who we are
Since our founding in 1991, the Homeless Prevention Council (HPC) has been a critical resource for our neighbors in need and has helped more than 42,000 Lower Cape residents throughout our 30-year history.
Originally named the "Interfaith Council for the Homeless," the agency was created to address a pressing need for personalized case management solutions and special programs to serve residents from Harwich to Provincetown.
What we do
HPC works directly in our community with our neighbors in need. We are confronting the housing crisis by providing supports and resources to ensure that everyone in our community can thrive.
