Born in Boston, Dottie moved to the Cape when she was 6 years old. In 2020, she graduated from Cape Cod Community College with an Associate's degree in liberal arts. In addition to her work as a YYA case manager, Dottie is now pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology at Bridgewater State University.  As someone who has experienced housing insecurity, Dottie brings with her a dedication to helping youth and young adults find secure and stable housing on Cape Cod.
