HPC is seeking a Host Homes Coordinator to work with our dedicated team. The Host Homes Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, screening, and matching community members who are willing to open their homes to youth and young adults experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Serving as the primary point of contact, the Coordinator will provide ongoing support to hosts, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need. This role also involves planning and facilitating regular events and/or training sessions for hosts, as well as collaborating with community partners to ensure that both hosts and youths receive support to meet their needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour

Host Homes Program Coordinator
We are seeking a candidate with experience in program coordination, especially within human services or non-profit organizations. Ideal applicants will have experience working with youth and young adults, and/or individuals facing housing instability.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain accurate and confidential records. Community outreach will be part of the role. A commitment to teamwork and a collaborative work style is key. Background check is required.
