About the Role

Homeless Prevention Council, a non-profit providing services to support self-sufficiency and stability for residents of Lower Cape Cod, is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC). The RSC will play a crucial role in supporting Chatham and Harwich Housing Authority residents by helping to ensure residents remain housed. This position involves connecting residents with available services, developing resident programming and establishing partnerships with community organizations for resident referrals.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Excellent customer service skills 

  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities 

  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds, age groups, races and ethnicities 

  • Ability to coordinate and implement programs and activities for public housing residents 

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team 

  • Must have a valid MA driver's license 

  • CORI background check required for employment 

  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply  

  • Experience in case management is a plus 

  • No college degree required
