About the Role
Homeless Prevention Council, a non-profit providing services to support self-sufficiency and stability for residents of Lower Cape Cod, is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC). The RSC will play a crucial role in supporting Chatham and Harwich Housing Authority residents by helping to ensure residents remain housed. This position involves connecting residents with available services, developing resident programming and establishing partnerships with community organizations for resident referrals.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
Excellent customer service skillsÂ
Attention to detail and organizational abilitiesÂ
Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds, age groups, races and ethnicitiesÂ
Ability to coordinate and implement programs and activities for public housing residentsÂ
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a teamÂ
Must have a valid MA driver's licenseÂ
CORI background check required for employmentÂ
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Â
Experience in case management is a plusÂ
No college degree required Â
