Arlene is an HPC REACH program graduate who is paying it forward by sharing her program knowledge and experience while serving on the board. A full-time Provincetown resident and consultant, she is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, with extensive knowledge of restaurant and hotel operations. She received a bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University in business administration and criminal justice, pre-law.
