We rocked it! Thank you for your support and for attending HPC's Rock to Stop Homeless Fundraiser on November 17th, 2018 at the Hog Island Brewery. Through the generosity of over 400 individuals along with our wonderful sponsors, we raised over $29,000!
Since 1991, our programs have changed the lives of more than 35,000 Lower Cape residents, serving close to 2,000 clients per year. Thank you for helping us continue this important work.
We hope to see you again next year!
