Ellie recently joined HPC as Senior Project Director, helping to oversee and administer our programs. She previously worked (remotely) for nearly 20 years for the Center for Improving Child Care Quality at the University of California, Los Angeles, including three years as the center’s director. She has lived on the Lower Cape for 10 years with her two children and mother, who is a senior citizen. Ellie has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and master’s and doctorate degrees in cultural anthropology from UCLA. She is fluent in Spanish.
