The full time Administrative and Development Associate is responsible for a variety of administrative, office, and development needs. The primary administrative responsibilities will include the coordination of basic office functions to assist the workflow of both the administrative and program teams to ensure a productive and positive workplace environment.  The primary development responsibilities will be to support the Communications and Development Manager in successful social media marketing for both programmatic and fundraising efforts, strategic fundraising and donor engagement and other marketing operations.   The role also includes management of the volunteer program.

Duties Include:

Administrative/Office Responsibilities:
- Serve as first point of contact at 8 Main Street – in person and on phone
- Support general administrative needs of program and administrative team
- Manage general email and phone communications
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and marketing materials

Development Responsibilities
- Day to day management of donor database
- Support special fundraising programs and events
- Administrative support with donor communication
- Social Media support

Volunteer Management
- Manage all aspects of volunteer program

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $22-$25 per hour
Time: 35 hours per week
