Homeless Prevention Council, a non-profit providing services to support residents of Lower Cape Cod, is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC). The RSC will play a crucial role in supporting Chatham and Harwich Housing Authority residents by helping them to remain housed. This position involves connecting residents with available services, developing resident programming and establishing partnerships with community organizations for resident referrals.

Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Ability to coordinate and implement programs and activities for public housing residents
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Must have a valid MA driver's license
CORI background check required for employment
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Experience in case management is a plus
No college degree required
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Time: 35 hours per week
