I have been volunteering with the Adopt-A-Family program since it began in 1995. I volunteer because when I needed help, HPC was there for me without judgment. When I found a way to return the favor I was thrilled to volunteer! All three of my children have also volunteered with me as they’ve grown up, one of them was just 4 months old when she first came to Adopt-A-Family with me. My daughters look forward to it every single year.
