Foundation and Grant Support

Read about some of the ways we’re partnering with foundations to create stability for all who live in our communities.

An integral way HPC’s work is supported is through foundation, municipal, state, and federal grants. We value our partnerships with these funders and thank them.

Cape & Island United Way

HPC and the Cape and Islands United Way share a common vision – to create communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. For years, the United Way has helped us do just that. With financial support through their Community Impact grant program, they have helped us keep individuals and families safely housed while also providing the tools, resources, and guidance to promote stability.

Committed. Strategic. Community-centered. These are some of the words that come to mind when thinking of The Cape Cod Foundation.

HPC has worked with the Foundation for decades, and their support has had a meaningful impact on our work. From HPC’s core personalized case management services to the annual Adopt-A-Family and Backpack to School programs, and targeted relief during the pandemic to strategic support for new initiatives, the Foundation’s support has touched so many facets of the organization.
