Working in partnership with Barnstable County, HPC provides flexible case management for youth and young adults under 25 who are unaccompanied and at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Young people have access to one-on-one support in working towards housing, educational, employment, or personal goals. Financial assistance is available for eligible young adults to achieve identified goals towards housing stability.​
