Resident Services

At HPC we believe that everyone deserves a safe and healthy home. HPC partners with local affordable housing providers to offer resident services to maintain housing. We also help you understand your lease, identify resources to help pay your rent and meet other basic needs, and otherwise assist you in securing stable housing.

HPC is proud to partner with the following housing providers:

  • Community Housing Resource, Inc.

  • Community Development Partnership

  • Community Builders, Inc.

  • Housing Authorities of Chatham, Dennis, Harwich and Yarmouth

Why We're Here

HPC wants to provide you with tools to keep your housing and attain financial independence. An HPC Case Manager will work with you, assess your situation, and connect you to resources that address the challenges you are facing.

 

HPC is here to support local residents—from Harwich to Provincetown and in special programs in Yarmouth and Dennis -- to foster a community where everyone can prosper.
