Our community is at risk of losing the people that make it thrive.

Our police officers, firefighters, teachers, healthcare workers,

car mechanics, sales associates, restaurant workers, retail workers, contractors, and landscapers, among others need stable housing to remain living and working on Cape Cod.

How does HPC help?

HPC works to prevent homelessness by helping individuals and families on the Lower and Outer Cape stabilize their living situations, so they can remain living and working in our community.

Join us and take action for lasting change.
Let’s walk together toward a stronger, more stable future!

A big thank you to all our participants and volunteers who made the 6th annual Walk a success!

Why We're Here

HPC wants to provide our community with tools to keep stable housing and attain financial independence. An HPC Case Manager will work with clients, assess their situation, and connect them to resources that address the challenges they are facing.

HPC is here to support local residents—from Harwich to Provincetown and in special programs in Yarmouth and Dennis—to foster a community where everyone can prosper.
