Rock to Stop Homelessness is our annual holiday event raising funds to prevent homelessness on the Lower and Outer Cape. Our 2024 event at Hog Island Beer Co. was a huge success and so much fun, featuring G. Love and friends rocking to stop homelessness!

Why We're Here

HPC wants to provide our community with tools to keep stable housing and attain financial independence. An HPC Case Manager will work with clients, assess their situation, and connect them to resources that address the challenges they are facing.

 

HPC is here to support local residents—from Harwich to Provincetown and in special programs in Yarmouth and Dennis—to foster a community where everyone can prosper.
