Rental Assistance
Now available to eligible participants in Dennis, Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro, and Provincetown, we are thrilled to be able to provide rental assistance to help local residents remain living in their towns and continue contributing to our local economy.
As stewards of the program, our Case Managers are skilled at working to develop individualized plans with the ultimate goal of helping their clients attain long-term and stable housing.
Your application can be submitted online or you can download, print, and mail your completed applications. Use the buttons below to access the applications, both physical and digital, and to learn more about towns' eligibility requirements.

Applicants are accepted on a rolling basis. Program participation will be awarded to eligible households as funding allows.
HPC works directly with these town rental assistance programs. Our Case Managers can help determine which types of housing supports, including rental assistance, you may be eligible for. You and your Case Manager will work together to develop an individualized plan aimed at maintaining stable housing.
