35th Anniversary Year Sponsorship Opportunities

Thanks to the generosity of our community, HPC was able to help 2,900 local individuals in 2025. The support of community members like you is critical to ensure that we can support our neighbors through challenging times.

Since 1991, HPC has assisted more than 55,000 individuals in maintaining stable housing and financial security through innovative programs and personalized case management.

As a 2025 sponsor, you will be recognized during our annual fundraising events including our 35th Anniversary Celebration, as well as in our signature Backpack to School and Adopt-a-Family programs that make a difference to hundreds of local children and families. 35th Anniversary Celebration

We invite you to attend HPC’s 35th Anniversary Celebration!

Join us in expressing our appreciation and celebrating those who have supported HPC’s mission throughout the past 35 years.

Backpack to School

Our annual Backpack to School Program provides Lower and Outer Cape students with essential school supplies, easing the financial burden on families and ensuring children are prepared and confident for the school year ahead.

We provided close to 500 students with personalized backpacks this past year.

8th Annual Walk for Home

Join us on June 20, 2026 for our 8th Annual Walk for Home in Chatham and Provincetown.

Enjoy a fun morning by walking 3.2 miles while raising much-needed funds for HPC.

Form a team and join hundreds of HPC supporters.

Adopt-a-Family Holiday Program

The Adopt-a-Family Holiday Program provides holiday gifts to over 700 children from close to 370 local families.

Adopting a child or family is a wonderful way for your business to help children in our community have the happy holiday they deserve.
