This year’s tournament was more successful than ever, raising over $16,000 to benefit HPC’s Adopt-a-Family Holiday Program. Thank you to all who participated!

Why We're Here

HPC wants to provide our community with tools to keep stable housing and attain financial independence. An HPC Case Manager will work with clients, assess their situation, and connect them to resources that address the challenges they are facing.

 

HPC is here to support local residents—from Harwich to Provincetown and in special programs in Yarmouth and Dennis—to foster a community where everyone can prosper.
