Acacia has been with Homeless Prevention Council since April of 2026 and serves as the Youth Outreach Worker for the Mid-Upper Cape and Nantucket. Acacia was born and raised on Cape Cod and was a student of the Nauset school system, graduating from Nauset High School in 2020. After graduation she went to AMDA, a 2-year performing arts school in Manhattan, and moved back home in 2022. Acacia has had first-hand experience with housing instability both while growing up on Cape and after returning from school. She is determined to assist and positively impact the lives of other young people struggling with homelessness through her work at HPC and on the Cape & Islands Youth Action Board!
