Cape & Islands United Way Awards 2024 Grants


Cape & Islands United Way (CIUW) on Tuesday named 29 area nonprofits as recipients of its 2024-25 Community Impact Grant program. Each received grants to fund programming and initiatives in areas of key need for the Cape and islands community, including housing, economic instability, women and children, health and education.


This year’s grant recipients included A Baby Center, Behavior Health Innovators, Belong to Each Other, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cape Cod & the Islands, Boys and Girls Club of Cape Cod, Boys and Girls Club of Martha’s Vineyard, Calmer Choice, Cape Cod Children’s Place, Cape Kid Meals, Champ Homes, Community Health Center of Cape Cod, Duffy Health Center, EforAll Cape Cod, Food 4 Kids, Harbor Homes, Health Imperatives, Homeless Prevention Council, Hospice & Palliative Care of Martha’s Vineyard, Housing Assistance, Independence House, Island Grown Initiative, Lower Cape Outreach Council, Nantucket Interfaith Council, Sassafras Earth Education, Sustainable Cape Farmer’s Market, The Family Pantry of Cape Cod, Tommy’s Place, and WE CAN & Amplify POC.
