Raised in Nassau, Bahamas, Noelle relocated to the United States in 2010. She is currently Chief of Staff at the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce; prior to that she served as Executive Director of the Orleans Chamber of Commerce and as Marketing & Business Development Manager for Friends’ Marketplace. Noelle studied public relations at Southern Florida College and completed her Master of Integrated Marketing Communications at West Virginia University.
