Notice from the Board of Directors: The Annual Meeting of the Homeless Prevention Council, Inc. (“Council”) will be held at the office of the Council, 14 Old Tote Road, Orleans, Massachusetts, on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at 9:30 a.m., local time, with the following agenda:
1. Discussion and voting on an Amendment and Restatement of the Bylaws of the
Council;
2. Voting to fill any vacancies on the Board of Directors; and
3. Transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
